Nathan's Biography :
Nathan Lee raised in Michigan, but frequently traveling the Midwest making outdoor television finally landed him where he knew he always belonged…Southern Iowa. Nathan has hunted and managed properties all over the Midwest as he pursued outdoor adventure. A lineman by trade, working for the electrical company…but torn between the outdoor lifestyle he wanted, picked up and moved to Iowa several years ago.
Nathan is now living the life he wanted. “Traveling across the country managing farms, and hunting different states was what opened my eyes to Iowa”. Nathan found his home. Iowa boasted trophy whitetail properties and created the perfect habitat and hunting scenarios that he sought. What Nathan didn’t realize, was that helping others find those perfect farms would bring him the most joy. “I was excited to live in Iowa and to finally work on premiere farms and hunt world class bucks, but what truly captured my heart was putting others in a position to do the same thing that I always wanted to do”.
Helping others find their dream farm quickly became a reality for Nathan. After becoming a licensed agent in Iowa and Missouri, he began doing exactly what he set out to do. Nathan quickly established himself in Southern Iowa and Northern Missouri as a reliable and effective agent, gaining the trust of the seller and buyer as indicated by his multiple listings and land transactions. It wasn’t long, and Nathan became a broker and bought his own franchise, United Country Promised Land and Homes where he currently specializes in Recreational Land, Agricultural Farms, Country Homes and Lake-Front Properties.
Today, Nathan resides in Southern Iowa in the small town of Corydon. He is an active member of his local church, runs his own land management business to assist his buyers, and can be found chasing big whitetails on Maximum Outdoors TV. Years of experience working within the outdoor industry, has allowed Nathan to build a network of investors focused primarily on recreational and investment farms. Additionally, Nathan provides value to his clients with his vast knowledge of sustainable habitat management, income producing possibilities for farms, and the tactical advantage for hunters in the setup of a recreational farm.
